Sacha meditation training

This is a short but intensive meditative group training.
The Sacha meditation training is a very direct and concrete way to bring more calmness and clarity in your life.
The Sacha talk is part of this meditative group training.
There will be a two and half hour meeting, weekly, during four weeks.
Besides the meetings it is important to exercise daily at home.

When you have experienced the beneficial effects of meditation, it is important to give meditation a stable place in your life. Once you feel better, it often happens again, that the demands of the busy every day life takes the upper hand once more.
Right then it is important to be very caring for the tiny results as having more peace and being more at home with oneself.
The Sacha meditation circle inspires and offers a steady point for support and to sustain a rhythm of meditation that fits in your day to day life.
The meditation circle is on wednesday evening 19.30 till 21.00 o'clock.
